The case can be examined in the light of Mental Health Act along with the relatable provisions of Power of Attorney Act and other suitable legal provisions (Commonwealth of Australia, 2018).
The Case Overview and Legal Obligations
     At first, it is significant to examine the process and legal obligations which are applicable over the case. Victoria was assessed at home first when she began showing deviance in her usual behavior. The expert felt that need to admit her to the hospital which is in compliance with the principle 2.1 that the psychiatrists are subjected to build trust with their patients in terms of determining the patient’s condition. Upon being examined, the deviant behavior directs to some mental disorder of Victoria which cannot be cured at home and she needs immediate admittance to the mental facility.
    The second legal obligation of the case can be explained in the light of two major acts which are the Power of Attorney Act of 2014 and Guardianship and Administration Act of 1990. The point of conflict in the case can be refe
