 For writing and research to be carried out at the graduate level, the ability to attract audiences through investigation, analysis and persuasion of ideas should be used. For Walden University, the work of any scholar involves the use of experiments in the study of new concepts to prove the correctness of any hypothesis. The use of reliable sources in academic writing is essential for readers to understand the main points of any paper. For any postgraduate-level writing, encouraging the use of peer-reviewed articles is crucial because they have undergone a trusted review process (Land, 2020).
For this discussion, I will admit that I was timid at first because I found it a little difficult to start something new. But the more I browse the Walden University Library website, the easier it is for me. Before starting the research, I used a tutorial on how to browse the Walden University Library (Walden University, n.d.) in the assigned reading materials, which I found was very helpful for me to browse the website. In the search, I used the database search of the university library to narrow the search by topics of nursing and peer-reviewed content. After that, I was able to choose databases like CINAHL and MEDLINE. The selection of these databases is critical because they contain a collection of articles on medicine, nursing, and related health. Searching in these databases allows me to search for one or more keywords at the same time (Manton, 2014). Since my research field is an emergency nurse, the keywords I chose were heroin and emergency care. To my surprise, a total of 45 750 articles were cited. The project I selected from multiple projects discussed how the increase in heroin overuse has become an epidemic problem, and how heroin overuse has become more pronounced in areas other than urban areas. The author of this article has put forward some brilliant ideas, but I think something should be added to promote the development of the material (Land, 2020). 
I think the author should put more statistical information in the article to make readers better understand that heroin has become an epidemic. Another flaw is that the author should have put more emphasis on the amount of Narcan used to eliminate heroin problems today compared to the past seven years. Finally,
