The health care need is the basic need of all the citizens in the country and it is important 
that the government should be ready to provide the health care needs. In the large country like 
ours, the health care need is satisfied by the combination of public and private players. In 
between the entire health care system and infrastructure, nurses and hospitals are the cornerstone 
of health care delivery and therefore, it is important that nurses should be the true advocate of 
health care in the country. There could be various ways to classify and categorize the health care 
institutions. At a high level and macro level, the health care organization could be primary health 
care, secondary health care and tertiary health care (Begley, 2010). The objective of this paper is 
to analyze the differentiation point between an optimized and effective health care organization 
to an un-optimized and ineffective health care organization.
