DISCUSS NEGLECTFUL / UNINVOLVED PARENTING AND COMPARE IT TO THE PERMISSIVE PARENTING STYLE
The uninvolved parenting, also referred to as the neglectful parenting, is the parenting style in which parents  give least or no response to the desires or needs of their child, besides the basic requirements of clothing, food and shelter (Karen Gill, 2019). As a result of this, the children does not receive enough discipline, nurturing as well as guidance from their parents and are often left on themselves to make decisions and grow. One of the main reasons for uninvolved parenting is the work stress and tiredness experienced by the parents. When they return home from work, they almost prefer resting and hardly find time to take care of their children or spare some time for them (Gary Gilles, 2019). In certain cases, its all because of the lack of an automatic or instinctual emotional attachment developed between the parent and child.
