Upon returning home from the hospital from a ruptured appendix, a patient receives his hospital bill and finds numerous charges that he does not understand. His wife reviews the bill which is well over $300,000 and realizes that some of the services were never performed since she was with her husband for most of his stay. the hospital b the patient for providing unwanted and unnecessary bills of the services which
were not even offered. The patient of ruptured appendix and his wife both have the views that the
