In the modern era, the technology is required at every condition be it from the clothes, shelter or maybe for functioning in terms of our daily needs. The e-technologies are the bases upon which the wealth and the form a leisure can help us to transport or entertain and can even treat our diseases (Lloyd, 2017).  Through the creation of the vital technologies within the scope of our infrastructure, it can help in the advancement in terms of the transport or maybe inclining position of the telephone and the various infrastructures.  there has been a widespread dependence on the technology which also brings certain risks and benefits depending on the situation. It is impossible to avoid the technological dependence and with great dependence on the technology it can also lead to risks, There can be a failure in terms of the technological infrastructure and can cause a collapse of the economy along with the social functionality (Dutta,  2015). There can also be blackouts while depending on the long-distance telephone services or while accessing the credit data systems which can be problematic. The electronic funds transfer systems or may be the use of the vital communications along with the inclusion of the information processing services can be also problematic concern as it can lead to the economic disruption. Considering the facts that exposure on the technologies and in terms of defining the recognizable probability in terms of the failure can be problematic as dependence on the technology can lead to the easy substitute availability at a hand and it can also lead to high costing factors depending on the failure situations.
