Topic which I have selected is bank teller jobs getting replaced by technology (with hololens).But bank tellers are still helping the customers to use the hololensI dont want you to do the whole thing
I just want a Product process model, data warehousing,Customer relationship management, Information security (based up on CIA model,dont cover the technical aspects only business aspects)I already did the first part(BPMN) with you guys. As per this assignment, Bank teller job is replaced by a technology that is hololens. But bank teller is still helping customers so that they use this technology. An employee of the bank who directly deals with customer is bank teller. This employee may be customer representative or cashier in some places. The approach that manages interaction of company with current and potential customer is defined as customer relationship management. In this case, bank teller employee who makes business relationship with the customer is replaced by technology. Microsoft touted the hololens as holographic because how it might feel to a user. A rapid development over past few years is in wearable devices(Kirkham,2015). These devices have high speed computing capability such as Microsoft hololens. This device provide the capabilities like tablets or mobile phone such as financial transaction, browsing chatting and also monitor health parameter such as sleep patterns, heart rate and physical exertion. Now bank use this technology to improve own relation with customer. The whole work is done by this technology so that bank teller can easily make bank’s relationship with customer through services and technology that are providing by bank. This technology also overcomes the load of bank teller.
Information Security (CIA Mode)
Confidentiality, integrity and availability ((CIA) is a model, designed for information security within organization. Sometimes this model called as the AIC triad (availability, integrity and, confidentiality). There is confusion with CIA (Central intelligence agency). To avoid this confusion AIC is used.
