The Industry 4.0 is also known as the fourth industrial revolution. This industrial revolution involves an inclusion and shift toward the Internet of Things.
This shift is because of the ease with the use in IOT as there is a frequent and fast access of large data and even at a distance greater than the earlier technologies. This shift is also prefe

And talking about its impact on the future workforce, it depends on, with whom we are discussing this about, some say there may be situation of dullness among the workers due to the technological advancements and some say that the future workforce may become more energetic and enthusiastic to deal with this technological shift as there must be a talent in the employees to adapt to such changes and this may only be possible when it is dealt with an open mind along with the support and investment of the whole organization on the employees to handle such technological shifts.

A major shift is being noticed in the future of the workers. There has been a change in the structure of the skill and talent being accessed by the companies and the organizations are moving beyond the balanced sheet so as to include different sources of talent. There has been a drastic change in the nature of jobs and the characteristics of the works are also changing in the same time. The future of the organizations will be defined by the workforce and its payroll with the coexistence of the technological transition.
The important thing to note here is that it is not necessary to display the human workforce when it comes on the augmented workforce. The virtual workforce is designed with a motive to free up the human work and to prevent the human workforce from performing some tasks that are beyond their capacity and are also hazardous to them. The new technology have also need of human workers. As the new technology is coming , it will good for the those one who is searching for the jobs, because the new technology will leads to more and more jobs and they have vacancies of different jobs like if there a new technology comes in an industry than the industry need a good programmer so that the person can manage the machine and if there is any problem in the machine the programmer will co
ect that machine by coding. The new technology will create new jobs, as for the manufacturers will connect to the IOT, they need IOT engagement manager, the industry also need a developer. The new technology will be designed to makes the easier. The sensor system has guarantee of a higher work quality and the consistency than a worker who is performing the same task so this will make many things easier and better. Before the new technology the worker have to done hard work to complete a small work but with the coming of the new technology it will be easier and the worker who complete its works in 5 days now they can complete its within 1-2 days without any hard work.
The new technology was nit displace the work, as it will create more jobs, the new technology will increase the skill set and more stable and good jobs. But the main thing is that if the industry is converted into smart work than it does not mean that you can work with the previous workers at that time the industry will have to make some new vacancies for the new technology and at that time only that person can take job who is able to control the machine and have a good knowledge of that particular technology. New technology is very beneficial for the production of the industry. This will help the worker to know about the new technology and have a chance to gain good knowledge about the new technology. The new talent will also come from the many different companies with the supply chain. The larger companies will easily help those companies who have small number of labor by supply chain members, so with this exchange of worker it will also effect the product of the industry and hence may it will increase the growth of the industry.
