Obesity has one of the major social and healthcare issues in Australia especially the childhood one. There are several causes and factor which encourage obesity in Australian children. Introduction
    The modern lifestyle has embarked several proportions of diseases to be a part of normal human life and obesity is one of them. In fact, obesity has reached to the degree of some sort of pandemic in some of the countries like USA and several regions of Europe of India. In Australia as well, the problem of obesity has now on alarming stage especially in the context of childhood and teenage obesity (Allender et al, 2015). In one of five children, there exist some symptoms of obesity, caused by non-routine lifestyle, in takes of various junk foods as well as lack of awareness about health and fitness.
Brief Overview of Childhood Obesity in Australia
    At first, it is noteworthy here that in Australian context, the problem of obesity is more like some chronic illness that is caused by several factors. In recent decades, Australian societies have adhered to the modern culture, including food cultures of various nations. At the same time, the rapid growth of professional working has made people passive about health and fitness. To understand obesity with a
oad perspective, it is the lack of consuming energy ingredients taken through various food sources.
