    Federal law mandates that the differentially abled children will be taught with the normal children as usual without showing any kind of discrimination towards them. However, only in those cases where differentially abled children may not be able to learn at all at the normal public school, can the schools transfer them to special schools. This is being misused by the public school as the have been transfe
