	Federal law mandates that the differentially abled children will be taught with the normal children as usual without showing any kind of discrimination towards them. However, only in those cases where differentially abled children may not be able to learn at all at the normal public school, can the schools transfer them to special schools. This is being misused by the public school as the have been transferring those kids to special schools who do not even need to go there. The major reason identified behind this is the flexibility that the public schools will have to make in order to teach the differentially abled or aided children.
