Introduction
	The whole scenario depicts a medical condition where a patient is suffering from unbearable pain and call for the support from the medication team. And how the instant ambulance staffs who was the first medical supervisor to attend the patient carried on their duty. Medical conditions are a very serious and severe case in which not a point mistake is considered as it could take someone's life. But the negligence carried on by John and Richard arguments over the fact that money has become everything for some people. Even they do not care about someone life or condition.
	There were several factors that were kept on hold during the whole procedure including-
Patient Safety
	For a medical team the factor that is on the priority is the patient safety. As the patient safety is related with the life of the patient a little negligence in the safety measures of a patient could lead to his death. Medical field is a department which looks after and are responsible for saving the lives of the needy. In this scenario where a patient calls for a medical help and the first medical supervisors of him where the ambulance men who are given the proper initial training to lower the pain of the patient at an instant phase and could provide early medication.
