The management of any organization which wants to expand will always plan and implement the changes in a systematic manner. The need for changes is enormous but the resistance to changes and the e

WestJet Airlines is an airline company which started its business operations from Canada in the year 1994. A group of entrepreneurs realized the need to provide affordable air travel along with other facilities to the consumers. Further all the key personnel managing the airline company believed that it was by offering valued services and consistency in culture which can
ing success for the company. Clive Beddoe, wanted to travel by a cheap private jet for establishing his weekly business between two cities of Vancouver and Calgary. Further, Clive thought to offer like minded business partner with charter transport between two cities. This was a great business opportunity for Clive and his crew members. Then Clive decided to partner with Neeleman and structure a well-integrated financial and business model. Problem Issues
The main problem faced by the company was with respect to the company culture.
