The basic function of this role is to assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and non-financial information and data. Key duties and role responsibilities:
 
· Assist FP&A Manager in monthly reporting and analysis of operating and financial results for Australasia and review and discussion with the regions.
· Implement processes to improve the collection and summarization of data from different systems
· Assist FP&A Manager in preparation of the Business Plan and monthly forecasts.
· Reporting and analysis includes P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow as well as key operating metrics using HFM, JDE and other systems.
· Coordinate and prepare, as necessary, the Business Plan submissions for states and departments.
·  Preparation and finalization of support schedules, review and analysis of Plan.
· Assist managers in preparation and finalization of regional plan data and in the preparation of local plan review.
· Upload detailed regional / departmental plans and forecasts to systems
· Review existing plan model for improvement.
· Assist FP&A Manager and CFO with any other ad hoc matters as directed.
· Manage ad hoc requests from regional HQ
The desired qualifications / experience for the position are:
 
· 2+ years of finance experience
· Ability and passion to figure out how to efficiently merge data from several different systems into credible and useful information
· Experience working for a global company in construction, manufacturing or industry is prefe
ed
· MS Excel advanced level
· HFM, JDE and/or SAP experience desired
