BACTERIAL PNEUMONIA
1. This is Community Acquired Infection because it is contracted outside the clinic (Farlex,2018). Mrs.I has been living in her house since the last one week of acquiring the infection. Her medical history also showing Chronic Bronchitis since 13 years.
2. Lethargy is a state of severe drowsiness in which the person shows decreased wakefulness, low alertness and inattention (Wolters,2018).
