1- What are your interests in this negotiation? (100 words)
The only interest in this negotiation is to retain the Hospital services for all those who are
in need. The village people who do not have affordability can get the required medical
care services quickly and easily. We see the hospital as a welfare hub and should
therefore continue to run its emergency department. The negotiation group here is of the
interest that this hospital should continue to work as the primary medical body of the
village and meet the medical requirements when needed.
2- What are your negotiating partner's interests? (100 words)
Partner’s only interest is to channelize the funds in the right direction and utilize it for
other purposes. The partner’s agenda is to close the hospital for the people and retain its
services just for the welfare of the aged people as the aging population of the village was
