Psychology:
1. In this situation mentioned here the students who are enrolled in traditional psychology course would learn more than the virtual or distant leaning students because of the fact that psychology is applied science and many aspects needs to be understood with physical experiments and activities, which is definitely a challenge for the distant students as they are not regular students who attend classroom lectures and activities.
The dependent variables are the classroom and lab conditions which is a necessary for such course and the independent variables are the study materials and the exams which can anyway be obtained and done online. The focused groups for the experiments is also a dependent variable to understand the aspects of various programs used to under the cognitive aspects in psychology. The dependent variable is 'dependent' on the independent variable. As the experimenter changes the independent variable, the change in the dependent variable is observed and recorded to analyze it later and derive a conclusion.
