This assessment is a study on business service to end customers.
Visit at least three (3) cafes in your local area.
Do a detailed comparison between the three businesses from a customer service view.
A matrix might be a good approach. But the report also needs a written description!
Key questions
What make the customer keep coming back to each café?
Does one of the cafes stand out in difference to the other two? Why?
Do any of the cafes offer something outstanding in quality and service?
What is the price of each of the coffees? How do they compare to each other in terms of price/value?
Which one would you go back to? Why?
What do you “expect” a café should have/do?
What could a café do that is out of the ordinary?
