The public health models have been built for the beneficial purposes of the community people to provide them religious, humanistic, transpersonal, psychosomatic, and existential supports. The public models require some functional components to get built up. The functional components are financing, delivery, payment, and insurance. Based on these components the public models support the health care system of the communities. However, the pillar or base of these functional units has been the societal norm.

Ways in which public models are developed and employed to address health and wellness
The healthcare system has been privileged by the development of public models like the medical model, social model, and health promotional model by the Goodwill organization. The social model has been developed with the attempt to approach towards addressing broad influences on the health care system. The broad influences have been identified and those were environmental, cultural, economic, and ecological factors. This model has helped prevent diseases and illnesses (Boulware et al., 2016). Another model developed for public health has been the medical model. This model was built with an attempt to give the best care to the diseases. Thus, the components of this system have been doctors or physicians, nursing professionals, health care workers, counselors, and others.
