As the age of human being moves on, certain psychosocial, cognitive and emotional issues arise. The issues may be family oriented or may arise from frustration, loneliness, or even inferiority complex. As informed by Park et al. (2017), most of the older adults are found to commit suicide due to these sort of problems as mentally they lack that required strong stamina and stability.
Therefore, this age group of people requires certain medication and treatment, along with a compassionate person-centered approach towards them, through certain long-term care with the help of assisted living facilities, or other medical as well as nursing care systems. The sole purpose of these institutions is to meet the psychosocial, cognitive as well as emotional expectations of the older adult group of people.

The sole purpose of any medical care service providers should be to improve the emotional and mental health of the affected people, to enhance the cognitive assistance and meet all sort of psychosocial expectations of these peoples. The older adults suffer from several medical, psychosocial, economical, and various other disabilities for which they require proper treatment (Vitorino et al., 2017).
As it is evident, growing old has commonly became a cursed situation, where these old people are left alone to face the outer world challenges on their own. The children often grow up and choose their own lifestyles, where their parents are not enlisted in those lifestyle choices. Hence, as a result, this age group of older adult people are avoided and ignored in all spheres of life. As argued by Meekes and Stanmore (2017), these older adult people, therefore, suffer from loneliness and thereby attempt several offensive as well as life taking decisions.
Furthermore, few older adult group of people faces and got involved in some frauds cases related to insurance policies, healthcare treatments, housing policies and many more where they found themselves cheated.
