There are 4 different styles of listening (action, time, people, and content oriented listening). Take the self-assessment that is attached. ‘Listening Styles assessment’
Based on the self-assessment taken as attached the listening styles that I generally use the most are the mix of both people and content oriented. As per me the self-assessment style was accurate and god enough as it covered all the major criteria’s and points needed for each style of listening and then come to a conclusion. The self-assessment was good enough for me to analyse my styles of listening that I use often in my work and day to day life.
