Between the pre-industrial and post-industrial era, the U.S. health care system did 
evolved in a substantial manner. In the process of this evolution certain positive factors got 
incorporated in the health care delivery system of the country. The determinants of health care 
and associated strategies improved significantly during the concerned period, and the 
advancements that one may observe in today’s health care system in the United States should be
