Introduction
    The access to quality care depends over the designing and structuring nursing education positively. What makes the scenario of teaching nursing professional crucial is the fact that sooner or later, nursing professionals have to deal with diverse populations in various clinical settings. The role of educator, thus, becomes important to serve the educational system to the best of his or her ability. The following is a critical appraisal of the teaching plan which is prepared for teaching RNPs at community care center. It is more like preparing the RNPs to confront the challenges and ba
iers that are most likely to occur within their job profile. The plan is also associated with reducing the gaps between the evaluator or supervisor through applying effective teaching techniques.
Summary of the Teaching Plan
    At first, it is important to note here that the teaching plan was guided by the principle that health education constitutes vital part of disease prevention programs conducted at community level. The plan was developed in the light of the fact that the community center was having issues with the preventive measures taken against the spread of malnutrition among children in the Aboriginal community. The issues were related to the fact that the implied consequences of malnutrition were having visible effects over the health of the children under the age of five years. The lack of awareness about the proper food and nutrition was prevalent in the community. At the same time, the individual approach to address the issue among RNP was nominal.
    In the light of the above, the topic taken for structuring the teaching plan was to guide RNPs to approach the Aboriginal community with guided principle of proper nutrition that children require to complete their daily meals. In other words, the community accessibility towards the intervention programs like the present one was felt for a long time. The teaching plan addressed these gaps in services, when the RNPs were anticipated to enhance their skills to reach to common community members and help them alleviate their knowledge about the proper nutrition standards of the children.
    Further, the teaching plan was implemented in two phases; the demonstration of the goals of education over malnutrition, its effects and the possible prevention programs that can be taken into practice as well as the second phase was of monitoring progress and efficacy of the deliverables of teaching plan. The progress was recorded through feedbacks taken directly from the community members.
Epidemiological Rationale
    In the context of reviewing the epidemiological rationale of the teaching plan, malnutrition is one of the significant issues that need immediate attention to be placed over the children living under five years in Aboriginal communities. The general stats project alarming stage because there is one in a three children among them that is suffering from malnutrition (Ottrey, Jong & Porter, 2018). The healthcare issue has not been limited to the malnutrition of children as they do not get this issue at a certain age; since their very birth, the children are placed in specific conditions from where, conditions of malnutrition, lack of access to the food care centers as well as lack of knowledge shared with the community people on behalf of the RNPs was missing.
    Moreover, Aboriginal people's poor health outcomes are driven by factors that are closely linked to malnutrition. Increased deaths due to childbirth and increased mortality rates have shown over the past several years that malnutrition is one of the major problems in the development of childcare management systems. The aims of the various programs are not well met according to the results obtained so far; there are areas of development that require support and intervention to control the spread of infectious diseases that are present in Aboriginal children.
