(a) If the project is to be finished in 16 weeks, which activity or activities should be crashed to do this at the least additional cost? What is the total cost of this?

(a) Crash cost per week = (Crash Cost-Normal Cost)/(Normal time- Crash Time)
This is filled in last column.
(b) Also lowest Crash cost per week on Critical Path is Activity G at 700 per week. SO G should
e crashed.
Total Project cost after Crashing is Total Normal cost + Crash cost = 69500+...
