Performance Management—Monitor and measure various aspects of performance so that overall performance can be maintained at an acceptable level.

1. Cellular Networks 
Cellular networks are famous examples of complex distribution system where one can easily 
communicate with others in a different geographical area. In Cellular networks a land area is 
divided into number of cells and each one has a corresponding base stations. Each cell uses
