INTRODUCTION
In the following assessment, the learning experience from the assignment on the budgeting under the management accounting is given. The assignment being mentioned assesses the entire budgeting process along with the impact of the process on the various other activities in the organization on the planning, controlling, and evaluating performance and how budgeting can help in the above-mentioned functions. There are various methods of budgeting and the two most common methods are the top-down method and the bottom-up method. The assignment also focuses on the comparison of the traditional method of budgeting and the more contemporary methods.

The Article journal selected for the assignment displayed the methods of budgeting and the budgeting process along with various strategies that can be used. The article covers the framework of budgeting in Secondary schools in Kenya. The article explains the budgeting process step by step that is most commonly used in the schools in Kenya. The budgeting process explained in the article was most reflective of the schools in Kenya which uses the top-down approach of budgeting but also explained various other methods that can be used for the preparation of a budget. 
The article provides certain practical examples of budget and also undertakes the importance of education as a service that helps in the development of a country. The article also explains the financial management aspect of the schools in Kenya along with the various leadership styles which also contribute to the budgeting process providing a better explanation of the budget process.
