Choose three (3) of the scenarios below to complete your assignment.

RECR XXXXXXXXXXAssignment #1 – High Five Scenarios (20% of final grade)
In order to show your understanding and comprehension of the High Five principles and
guidelines, select three (3) scenarios from the handout and complete the following assessment
for each scenario. Be sure to clearly explain yourself and reflect on the learnings from the PHCD
training. Refer to the principles and guidelines and explain why you believe these scenarios are
high quality. While each category has 3 marks allocated to it (for each different scenario you
pick), don't limit yourself to making only 3 arguments/points for each. Ensure that you have fully
explained yourself and why you feel the way that you do.

Problem
In the first scenario, a leader was taking a group of children from one scheduled activity to another, and in between an eight-year-old Sonia got distracted from the group because of her fascination towards a large feather.
In the second scenario, a group of children of seven and eight years old were failing to play basketball properly and were getting angry with each other because they were not passing the ball and were
eaking all rules.
In the third scenario, of classroom craft, where the children were actively involved with materials spread over the table. Then an argument
