A very good example of a charismatic leader is Barack Obama. He always works on his 
principles and values. He works with integrity. He motivates people. He knows what to speak 
at the right time and right place. He also has a high vision and good performance history.  He 
is a completely family oriented person with full respect towards his elders. He has his own 
charisma.  
I can also quote my example where I pose myself as a situational leader. I am a doctor by 
profession where I perform operations in the operation theatre. I have to treat the patients 
according to their situation and conditions. I cannot judge anything beforehand. I have to act 
instantly in the operation theatre. Here I have to use my ability and maturity to show my 
situational leadership skills.  
Another example I can quote is when I had to train a group a doctors for a 5 day programme 
and mentor them. This is just on a prior notice of 2 days. So without preparation, I tried to 
lead the group and train them.
