ACA act or the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was passed in the interest of offering Health benefits to all, especially the working population (Manchikanti & Hirsch, 2012). In the light of the changes
ought about by this legislation, it is necessary to make some amendments and renew our HR practices and meet new challenges (Strack, 2008).
Since we have always maintained a good health insurance policy for all our employees, only a few changes are mandated. However, the context of full-time employees has been revised.
