Introduction 
 Technology has brought many good and bad things along it. It has changed human life 
totally. It has provided us with many new advances which acts good for our health, hobbies, 
interest areas, travelling and various other daily routine habits. At the same time technology 
can bring more stress as being connected all time with work and many distractions that can 
get us into troubles. Technology has developed over time and all the technological devices 
are implemented to bring more ease and comfort in human life. 
 In today’s world every individual use one or the other technical device, in order to 
maintain the comfort zone. Apart from the examples mentioned in the essay, here are few 
examples of usage of technology and the issues occurred. For example, since the birth of a 
child the technology is the first touch a baby feels. As soon as kids grow, rather than playing 
outside in the playground, maximum time after school is utilised in playing games on 
technical gadgets. Rather than doing physical exercise kids rely on the machines for playing 
indoor games. Not just the kids must be held responsible for not going out and spending all 
time at home but parents are equally responsible as rather than taking the kids out on picnic 
they prefer feeding the kids with play station games. Kids spend more time on watching the 
bright colourful screen of say mobile or iPad or television.
