Introduction
    Community development can be defined as the process where community members and social service organizations use the collaborated approach to identify the existing issues present in the community and take the collective action in addressing these issues. As mentioned by Ledwith (2020), community development focusses on empowering the people of the community and develops sting connection between them. It is a holistic approach, which includes principle of human rights, inclusion, social justice, empowerment, self-determination and collective action.
The ideology behind community perspective is that community members are the true experts of their lives and communities, thus, their community knowledge and wisdom must be valued. There are various stages of community development program. These stages include selection of the issue, implementation of the action to sort the issue and then evaluation of the issue. The following assignment focusses on the issues related to the unemployed people and try to implement principles of community development to

Description of Focus Group and Desired Changes
The focus group selected for the study is unemployed people. As stated by Christiano, Eichenbaum and Trabandt (2016), unemployment can be defined as the condition, in which people actively search for the jobs, yet unable to be employed. It has been seen that unemployment is one of the main parameters for measuring the health of the economy and identifying the condition of the community. In 2018, around 172 million people were unemployed globally.
As suggested by Siwach (2018), unemployment have negative effect on individual life as well as on their community. It has been seen that higher rate of unemployment resulted in lowering the productivity of the community. On the contrary, most of the unemployed people face the severe hardship due to unemployment. Their family members equally suffered from the unemployment. The personal cost paid by the unemployed people due to unemployment include severe financial issues, high debt, poverty, homelessness and other housing stress,
eakdown, family tension, stigma and shame on being unemployed. It results in the change in behavior among unemployed people, such as lowering of confidence, increasing social isolation as well as lowering of self-esteem.
Unemployment resulted into poor health outcome of the people because unemployed people suffered from mental illness such as anxiety and depression. These people have low quality of life as they failed to get the high-quality treatment for their health condition. There are many factors, which caused unemployment among people. One of the prominent factors, which cause unemployment, is lack of education, due to which people are forced to do low skills jobs. On the contrary, economic growth of the country can also responsible for the unemployment.
