Introduction
There had been an increase in the number of falls that were observed among the elderly population that resulted in the maximum number of hospitalisation. The intent of the research articles is to identify the extensive presence of frailty syndrome among the older population and the extent the ba

The main goal of the study helps in the identification of opportunities and challenges that involves caring for the elderly population. The study identifies the various challenges that interfere with the integration in the care under the hospital settings with the increase in the awareness of services—the subject of research been a great concern according to the Public Health England 2018.
Around 30% of the elderly population beyond the age of 65 years experienced home fall, which by 2015 have increased to 50%. The study will have foremost relevance in improving the primary care of the older generation at their home and even within the hospital settings.
