Introduction
Health, defines as physical, mental, social, environmental and emotional well beings. I
was thinking of health in terms of biomedical perspective before as it is an important concept for
humans to live life in absence of illness and being active in work field and all other activities.
The need for a suitable environment along with appropriate medication is extremely important
for a person to be able to remain happy and fit.
So, in case of nursing, it becomes essential to understand the culture of a patient in order
to be able to take better care of him. Several relevant aspects have been explained in the caring
theory and it includes several elements which can help a nurse improve the quality of care
provided to a patient (Pierce JP, 1999). It is important that public health centers have better reach
in order to provide assistance to all of the localities.
Mexico as well as USA have two very different systems of healthcare that are focused on
different objectives. A large part of the USA health care is managed by the Federal government.
The rules and regulations are formed by the Federal. Whereas in case of Mexico the major part
of health care is managed by the private sector. This makes both the systems unique.
Similarities between the healthcare of USA and Mexico
The health care of USA and Mexico are focused on improving the factors of health care
