1. One of the major challenges while managing a client Is Client Retention. Client Retention refer to the process of engaging existing customers to keep buying the products/services of the company.
Example: Suppose there is a customer who has failed to renew his Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with the company. Now the strategy to be used by the company to overcome the challenge is:
