It is reported that Jason is being physically abused and intimidated and he was punched in the face by his maternal grandmother. The maternal Mother Mary threatened Jason to shoot and do not provide food on time. It was reported by Susan that grandmother was not present in the town and she has not provided Jason with money for food. Mary does not make any alternative plan for Jason’s care when she is travelling out of the state. Susan is asking for getting the guardianship and required investigation for getting the guardianship back. The case is based on an allegation that was provided by Susan about the grandmother as the legal guardian. It is stated by Susan that she is intimidating and abusive to Jason. It has been reported that she has punched an adolescent in the face after she told Jason to clean the room. Mother of Jason has stated that she and her husband want custody from her mother. She has to provide custody of Jason to the grandmother because of the absence of health insurance. Susan says that she went to court and also has filed the petition for revoking guardianship and the next court date is in October. It was said by Susan that mother was a retired New York State co
