Introduction
In the project management structure we have learnt that there are multiple factors that create a point of differentiation between a manager and a successful manager. A manager has to follow a certain code of ethics and professional relationships in such a way that he/she gets the successful negotiation. We’ve learnt that there are multiple cyber crimes and the way to be protected against them. The following essay is a reflective essay of the learnings so far
Ethics:
As a professional we need to have the ethical code of conduct at workplace. The lesson that we had made us realise the difference between Morals, Ethics and Law. While ethics are the standard code of conduct that is followed, Morals are personal beliefs about a situation and how a person behaves. Law on the other hand are the rules imposed by an institution and when one doesn’t follow them, legal actions are taken.
