Your initial plan should include the list of your 5 chosen competencies (3 from foundational, 2 from your specialization). It should include your expectations of how you intend to achieve each competency and what products (evidence of attainment) you intend to create/provide. Evidence is a document that demonstrates that the student has participated in an event, meeting, program, project that is related to the competency. Examples: program advertisement, evaluation summary, completed project, completed lesson plan, pamphlet, brochure, training manual, policy development, evaluation tool, literature review, strategic plan.
