3. The policies are useful in gathering the information. They are helpful in answering few questions like the legal responsibilities of the area, accurate understanding, the way other organizations tackled the situation and who can guide you the best.

1. Forming Stage- This is the first stage for the development of team. This stage is to discuss mainly about the skills, interest and background of the member, goals of the project, timeline, ground rules and rolls which will be performed by each individual. As the group starts to get familiar with each other their roles and responsibilities. It is neccessary to build the relationships between each member of the team.
2. Storming Stage - In the second stage we need to have the reality and wait to complete the task. There are chances that the personalities of different members in a team may clash and they might disagree over the completion of task. This may also arise questions regarding the authority or guidance of the leaders. It is a fact that most of the team faces conflicts and Bingham leader we should always remember that disagreements are normal in a team. As the team may skip this stage or try to neglect the conflict. But this can result in growing the problem mode until it blows up.
