Stakeholder support is necessary for a successful project implementation. Consider your internal stakeholders, such as the facility, unit, or health care setting where the change proposal is being considered, and your external stakeholders, like an individual or group outside the health care setting. Why is their support necessary to the success of your change proposal, and how will you go about securing that support?
Firstly, support of the individual is of great assistance for completion of the project. Once it is completed, the performance of the project must be analysed based on the activities done and from the experiences and then identify the areas required for improvement. This phase covers human resources, communication and risk management techniques. It is through the planning which set out the scope of project. Finally, it helps to encourage which tasks needs to be done and who is responsible for doing such activities. Thus, there are many activities in which the stakeholders are engaged with respect to health services (Lomas, 2000).
Monitoring and administration of the execution phase is considered as a part of the same phase. This phase helps to authorize if such activities are implemented and working as planned. For this there must be a timeline established for considering the resources required for all the activities. As and when the plans are met, we must review the project plan and revision the various areas which are not meeting the expectations. Further, there are numerous complex activities which needs to be considered for funding schemes for meeting the stakeholder’s expected returns on investment (Holmes et al.; 2012).
