It is one of the longest-running booksellers in Queensland and they have awarded the Australian Bookseller of the year 2004. Mary Ryan's bookstore has started to operate since 1975 (Mary Ryan’s, 2018) and they are a chain of seven bookstores operating in South - East. They have delicious food and great entertainment while enjoying a specialized range of books. They incorporate other features such as cozy cafes and comfy reading areas.
They have their stores in Milton, New Farm, and Noosa all sell books, cards, and gifts - each with its unique character and offering.
    
2. What are the key goals?
    
· To improve the store personality and emerge the new trend.
· To promote a lifestyle that is unique to Mary Ryan’s
· To expand the group within the book industry
· To target the localized events and community-based activities
3. What value is it creating and who is involved?
    
1) Customers create value in reading the book. They expect good and useful books that they receive in the bookshop.
2) Booksellers create value by selling the books to this bookstore. When they sell a lot, their demand for the book goes high.
3) Value for the coffee and the person who is preparing. If demand goes for making good coffee, the value increases.
4) Comfortable chairs and equipment in the bookstore. When customers experience relaxes when they sit in the chairs, the value will be gained for the chairs and for the place too.
5) Other than books, the value will have for selling design cards and gifts.
