Introduction
    Growing age is not mere an indicator of growing old. There many factors associated with aging. Age influence the social life. It influences the contribution of the person in the society. Age differentiation helps in making policies and finding the present and future stand of the state and country. Growing older population in comparison to younger population imbalance the course of nature. Following essay deals with all the social aspects related with aging.
Age as a structural feature in the changing demographics of societies and groups
    Social demography is mainly dependent on the birth, death and migration of the people. In a
oad term, age has a direct impact on changing society. It has been seen that there is direct relationship between demographic change and society (Damian Fantato, 2015). It is necessary to have balance and control over demographic changes. For example, high birth rates lead to high working population, which includes the demand for high employment rates, and maintaining high employment rate is very difficult.
Role of individual in the society as part of society or as an individual is determined by the age. Children up to age 15 years does not have any significant contribution to the society. Although they are future of the society. As mentioned Ruddock and Ruddock (2016), they, as an individual, have the role to become literate and support the future of the society. The people, between the age 20 and 50 years, have major role in the society. They are working groups. They have duties in a society to fulfil and they have duties as an individual towards their families.
    Taxes collected from the working groups help in conduction of task or formation of policies necessary for the welfare of the society (Henderson, Maniam & Leavell, 2017). Duties levied on this group helpful active performance of the society. The role played by this group is not only contributed for development of their family but also a contribution to the society. For example, when a person becomes doctor or registered nurse, that person earns money to support its family. It is the individual role of the person.
