Objectives – 
· Identify the research process by forming – title, discussion about the author, abstract formation, knowing about introduction, research methodology, procedures, result, discussion, understanding conclusion and referencing.
· Regular base data are the evidence of clinical services that provided by the nurses. Those evidences are also formulated by the patient’s feedback.
· Step 1
The results, or findings, interpret the data analysis/statistical tests. This section explains what the researcher discovered. How findings are reported depends on how the research was conducted, that is, what is the research question, who was studied, how they were studied, which methods were used to analyze the data. The results section should reflect what was reported in the methods section.
