High level of interpersonal skills:
The staffs working in the healthcare industry need to be exposed to proper training to improve their professional skills in order to meet the expectations of their clients. These skills can be interpersonal, verbal as well as written communication. There are certain attributes of a healthcare staff which highlights these skills. For example, while dealing with the client, if the staff is able to understand their requirements with least effort, then it clearly highlights that the staff has good communication skills. If the staff working in the healthcare organization has a high sense of duty and good work ethics, it highlights their interpersonal skills (Arnold et al. 2019).
Clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving abilities:
It is important to understand the fact that, clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability although is related to each other, however, are quite different in a number of aspect.
