  • What has been your greatest strength as a leader for your team during the pandemic?

Introduction
In this assignment I have considered taking an interview of a nurse leader. This particular activity was conducted online because of the on-going pandemic and it was completed within a week because the nurse was available only for limited time every day. The name of the person whom I interview is Sheila John. Furthermore, Sheila is working as the Registered Nurse under the title of emergency room nurse and based upon the interview questions her job description is as a registered nurse she is responsible for assessing the issues of the patient health, administering the nursing care to the people who are extremely ill, maintaining important medical records, advising the patients in terms of maintaining their health properly, implementing the nursing care plan, as well as they are also involved in providing immense amount of guidance about the preventive services for instance health medications as well as screenings. It is also informed by Sheila during the interview that as a registered nurse that having the technical nursing skills are an absolute necessity for this position specifically if someone wants to excel at the duties they are asked to perform. It is one of the major reasons why the requirements for becoming nurse requires so much of hardship. However, as Sheila is a registered nurse so under this she is working as the emergency room nurse and she works with a team being a senior for providing the care for the patients with different forms of trauma, illness along with the life-threatening conditions that requires immediate such as emergency attention. She works with nurses, physicians as well as other healthcare professionals for administering medicine, bandage and also clean wounds, performing medical operations, managing needs of the life support and providing primary bedside care (Mu
