    I would consider District of Columbia as a state which has full practice authority for the APRN’s and would compare it with a state like Texas where the APRNs do not full practice authority. This has led to the outcome in quality of healthcare as in Texas the metrics and parameters tends to be poorer as compared to District of Columbia.
