RESEARCH DESIGN [40%]
Describe an appropriate Research Design for your research topic/question. You should try and describe it in terms of the 7 strategies presented in the week 5 lecture. If you are using secondary data, such as a property database, describe the framework that will guide how you might achieve your research aim using the data. (E.g. A case study design investigating the changes in Melbourne house prices over the past decade, using time-series analysis…). Your research design must clearly frame the steps taken during the research with proper citation for references associated with each step. [Chars 3,000]

DATA COLLECTION METHODS [35%]
List and describe the data collection methods that you plan to employ with your chosen strategy. Use the terms and justifications presented to you in the week 6 lecture. If you are using secondary data, such as a property database, describe the type of data you plan to access, and the variables you expect to analyse. Also comment on the reliability of the data and its source. For other methods, you should include as much detail as possible about: types of questions, sample sizes, length, participants, ethics considerations, etc.

RESEARCH DESIGN FLOWCHART [5%]
Provide a flowchart of your research design including data collection. Your design MUST seek to address the research question and your methods MUST be suitable to the research. As part of your design you should also include the data collection methods that you plan to employ with your chosen strategy.

REFERENCES
List the references used in your research design in HARVARD format. Ensure that they are fully and correctly cited.

However, there are some negative impact also in the foreign investment in real estate sector. At this stage, this research study is essential in the real estate sector regarding foreign investment analysis that affect the locals. In order to explore the research reliability, research design presents the ways or methods to conduct the research (Roller & Lavrakas, 2015).
The research design is determined as the most important aspect in the research study because it describes the actual approach and structure of the research study. The research design is utilized by the researcher in order to collect essential information and data based on the research question (Thyer, 2009). At this stage, a researcher finds out the solution of the research question appropriate for the research project. However, it is a decision of researcher about the selection of tactics of the data collection to be used for the research study. Therefore, this research study can be drawn based on adopting a survey approach and conducting the literature reviews linked to this research question (Altmann, 2010). The researcher can use different types of research strategy, such as literature review, survey and interview.
Similarly, a researcher can employ survey methods as the strategy to get actual and cu
ent information provided by the participants through questionnaire and interviews. Survey strategy is beneficial to improve the reliability and validity of research. Another research strategy is established based on the prior information, including analysis of past data. However, in this research study, the researcher would use the different research strategies for data collection such as literature review, survey, etc (Teddlie & Yu, 2007). It is a true fact that the survey method is more appropriate linked to the...
