The mission of  Caterpillar Inc. is to make sure that there is economic growth in the society and as well as the company
The company is ready to make the economic growth through the development of the infrastructural and energy development. The mission statement needs to be more updated along with the time
The company must throw some lights on the vision. The company does not seem to have a very high vision. A high vision is very important to motivate the employees so that their morale is always high (Aithal, 2016). The company must also propose some changes to the values statement
The value mission of the company must include the well being of the employee of the company as well. This is because the employees are the working force of the company.
