Educator’s dispositions do make up the essence of the execution of his duties. The beliefs, sentiments and the attitudes of an educator will define his educational philosophy and this will be evident to the student communities by way of his interactions with them in day to day functionalities. Educational philosophy has a major role in shaping the final educational curriculum in the organizations(Burbles,2018). 
Some examples of such philosophies include teaching Perennialism which consists in commitment to teach the western intellects which are tested from times and did not change. Essentialism is contained in teaching the common core of knowledge to the students in a systematic manner.
