    The goal supports the vision and mission of the hospital as the major mission of the hospital is to provide high and exceptional quality range of service to the patients and vision include looking up to several aspects like recruitment of more physicians and creating a multispecialty physician system. For executing all these it is very obsolete the hospital need to channelize its financial and economic goals. The hospital need to understand its revenue cycle so that it could identify its opportunities as well as the weaknesses.
If the staffs and executives would have better understanding of revenue cycle allocation of funds and resources would be appropriate and easier for them. Without proper management and allocation of funds of resources the organization would not be able to meet the objectives of its mission and vision goals. The revenue cycle management would make the organization financially and economically stable.
    · The basic milestone that is necessary for the progress in this context is by identifying the bottlenecks in operations.
