Feasibility analysis takes into consideration of the technical, legal, economic, financial and scheduled factors for ascertaining if the project is viable and can be a success or not. It is used by the project managers to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the project prior to making an investment (Drury, 2021).
The various components of feasibility study are as follows:
Executive summary, technological considerations, the local marketplace, the marketing plans and strategies, human resources, schedule and the timelines, financials, results and recommendations.
