Rehabilitation Treatment Kit Assignment

You have been assigned to prepare a treatment kit that will address the following rehabilitation goal:

Instructions:
1. Each kit must contain all materials required for three different enabling or purposeful activities that will meet the rehabilitation goal.
2. Each kit must contain a description only for one occupation-based activity that will meet the treatment goal. You are NOT expected to include any materials in the container for this activity so the description of this activity must be clear.
3. Instructions for each of the above activities in the kit must be provided and should be written for an OT or OTA. Include all relevant information such as the supplies/materials required, how the activity works and any special positioning of the patient or materials to carry out the activity.
4. Grading - For each activity you need to incorporate and describe the method(s) for how you would grade the task to increase/decrease the demands of the activity. All required materials to successfully grade the activity must be included. One approach to demonstrate activity gradation is to ensure there is an easy, medium and difficult level for each activity.
